Q: How do I place an order?
A: Very simple! Just search for any game you like and simply click "Add to cart" afterwhich you can then proceed to checkout. After keying in all the required information we will then proceed to process your order! Its just that simple!
Q: I'm looking for a specific game but I do not see what I am looking for on your site. Do you or will you carry it?
A: If it's unavailable on our site it is probably because we do not have it in our inventory yet however we can try and get it in for you. If we are able to it will take approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive. If you are happy with that then we would be more than glad to order it in and add it into our inventory. So please contact us first regarding items you are looking for via the Contact Us link.
Q: What is the status of my order and when will I get my items?
A: The moment your order is processed we will contact you via any means possible within 1-2 days. We pledge to have your games and accessories that are in stock transferred to your hands within 7 days from the day you place your order. We understand the feeling of waiting for an item to arrive and we will do everything we can to ensure you get your items fast. Hopefully in time for your next gaming session!
Q: My pre-ordered/back-ordered game is taking longer than expected. Can you send what you have now and deliver the rest later?
A: We want you to enjoy your games as soon as possible, as such we can separate your order into several shipments at your request, however the delivery costs will be charged seperately. We will contact you first to find out your preference.
Q: I am ordering for an educational/government institution how can you help us?
A: Contact us for details on bulk purchases with details. We do however need a copy of the order request with details of the institution as well as the letter head before we can process your order.

Q: Quick tell me, how do I become a member?
A: The entry criteria are as follows:
*Bronze Novice level - Spend $800 at boardgamelifestyle.com in lifetime spending to be automatically included into the club. Once you're in, you're in for life. =)
*Silver Elite level - Spend a further $700 at boardgamelifestyle.com from Bronze Novice level to be bumped to this level.
*Gold Veteran level - Spend a further $500 at boardgamelifestyle.com from Sliver Elite level to attain our highest membership level.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We process all online payments through Paypal (This includes International orders). We will also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for local purchases.
We now accept payment via bank transfers for local purchases! Please select COD as your mode of payment and indicate your preference for bank transfer under the comments during checkout. We will contact you and provide you with the details for the transfer upon receiving your order.
Q: What shipping methods do you provide?
A: We have our own personal delivery courier for local orders, charged at a flat rate of $5 for all areas of Singapore except Sentosa and Jurong Island. Free delivery will be provided for items in stock totaling $150 and above in a single trip. For backorder items, you have the option of waiting till all items are in stock or have them delivered separately at the appropriate charge per delivery. Delivery timings are normally on weekday afternoons or weekend mornings, depending on availability.We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time once your order has been placed.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Most certainly! For the pickups ,these are most Mondays and Thursdays, at Simei MRT station at 6.30pm.
Please indicate under comments your preferred day for pickup during the checkout process and we will contact you to arrange the date and time for pickup.
Q: I am placing an international order, how do I obtain a shipping quote?
A: Place an order with us and we will obtain the actual shipping cost to send to your location which includes a nominal handling fee. All international orders will be shipped via our local postal service Singpost.We will notify you of the shipping cost and will email you the full invoice along with a paypal payment request once you give us the go ahead. Once payment is received, we will send out the items and will email you the tracking code for your reference.
Q: Are my taxes and customs fees included in my international shipping cost?
A: No, unfortunately we cannot control any taxes and customs fees that your local authorities might impose as such these will not be covered by us.
Q: I'm passing through Singapore can I have my order delivered?
A: Yes definitely, let us know when you will be arriving and where you will be staying under comments during checkout and we can either drop off your order at your place of residence or the airport. Standard delivery charges apply.
Q: I purchased an item by accident and would like to return it. May I do so?
A: Goods sold are exchangeable but not refundable. We will accept returns on items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt by you in which case you will have indicate what items you would like to exchange the returned item for. Kindly contact us for any such enquiries via our contact us page.
Q: I have found a dent/scuff/mark on the box of my game. What should I do?
A: Please contact us and let us know that you have received a damaged gamebox. We will offer a full refund on the game within 7 days of delivery only in its original packaging. If you decide to keep the game, we are willing to offer a partial refund depending on the severity of the box damage. This does not apply to ding and dent games that were bought at a discount due to their box condition.
Q: I have some damaged components/components missing from my game, what should I do?
A: As most of the games are all sold sealed in their original packaging, this is normally a manufacturing oversight. You may like to contact the publisher directly to obtain replacements for the missing or damaged parts. If you need any help in this area, please contact us and we'll refer you to the relevant publishers for assistance.
